Issue no. 1 "you had to be there"

Wall to wall, standing room only. No tickets. No press. Just word of mouth and a name that echoed louder than any microphone. Jordan walked in with no warmup, no announcement — just presence. He played like it mattered, like it always mattered. Every cut, every dunk, every no-look pass — a masterclass in a place that wasn’t supposed to hold greatness.

It wasn’t a game. It was a moment.

You had to be there.

"Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, others make it happen.”

-Michael Jordan

Issue no. 2 "The Green
Jacket Club"

April 13, 1997 Augusta National Golf Club, Georgia

The world had just shifted -

It was only a few minutes ago that 21-year-old Tiger Woods made history—shattering records at The Masters with a 12-stroke win. It was his first major championship. The youngest player to ever win it. The first Black golfer to ever wear that jacket. And he did it in a way that made it feel inevitable.

Now, he’s sitting alone at a table tucked away inside the Augusta clubhouse, a crinkle fry in one hand, the legendary green jacket wrapped over his shoulders. On the table: a Coke, a plate of fries.

Beyond the putt. The trophy. The roar.

Just a kid—still barely old enough to drink—staring down the start of a legacy, one bite at a time.

“Second place is just the first loser.”
