We do not offer refunds, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. That’s why we’ve created a return policy for eligible items — offering store credit or exchanges only.
Return/Exchange Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns must originate from a valid U.S. or Canadian address. At this time, international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
To Start a Return
Please visit our Return & Exchange Portal to begin the process. You’ll need your order number or the email address used at checkout.
Conditions for Return
Items must be in brand new condition and returned in their original packaging. That means:

No signs of wear

No scents (perfume/cologne)

No stains or washing
If your return doesn’t meet these standards, it may be denied and sent back to you.
Gift Cards
All gift card purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Inspection & Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, please allow up to 10 business days for processing your store credit or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately through the portal so we can make it right.
